My name is Niki Driscoll. I’m a writer based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

I write about nutrition, gut health, psychology, exercise, discipline, and willpower. But really, the topic is how to sync your brain and body so healthy choices are natural, not forced.

I'm also a ghostwriter—which means I translate my client's thoughts, message, and personality  into books, ebooks, ecourses, sales scripts, and keynote presentations.

My book, The Food Baby Detox, is a self help process to help you learn to listen to your body and discover the foods that cause tummy bloating, food cravings, low energy and tank your sex drive.

I proudly contributed to my favorite author, Alexandra Franzen's new book, You're Going To Survive—check out pages 55-62. Then go back and read the rest of the book because it's fantastic! It contains true stories about adversity, rejection, defeat, terrible bosses, online trolls, 1-star Yelp reviews, and other soul-crushing experiences―and how to get through it.

I'm currently working on a project entitled, Foodgasm and Get Healthy, the neuroscience of changing your taste perception.

Here is a bit more about me.
